Over 20 years management experience in the biopharmaceutical / biomedical, information technologies, renewable energy and public sectors. Graduate in engineering from the University of Limerick and an MBA from NUIG.
Extensive experience in corporate affairs, business strategy, brand management and new business launch, specialising in developing highly innovative companies in the renewable energy, 2nd generation bio-refining with application in the agriculture (number of patents in agri to pharma technologies), biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors (startups to public listed AIM listed success), third level (Interreg BioWILL co-writer and lead, development of circular economy/zero waste bio economy models) and community sectors (Claremorris Energy Co-Op, Community Power, cVPP Interreg partner).
Previous responsibilities within the RGFI include policy contribution, social and environmental change, technical projects and compliance / regulation work.
