James Russell is Chief Technical Officer at Biocore Environmental Ltd. with responsibility for the development of strategic project opportunities including the engineering and construction activities across Biocore’s key business areas including renewable energy project development (specifically Anaerobic Digestion), waste management, sludge and biosolids management, and R&D. Critical to success is the emphasis on ensuring that Biocore continues to implement innovative technical solutions to deliver industry leading products and services to our Municipal and Private customers. To date, James has led the construction and development of 2 key Anaerobic Digestion plants including a 1,200m3/hr Agri-based biomethane AD plant in Suffolk (UK) and a 1 MWe Waste-based AD plant in Roscommon (Ireland). Biocore’s strategy is to develop a network of biomethane AD plants across Ireland over the coming years.
