Liquid Gas Europe’s Annual Review

Liquid Gas Europe, the European LPG association, has launched its 2020 Review.

“Last year’s exceptional and existential circumstances demonstrated that a resilient energy system is key and that LPG as an essential off grid energy is part of that system

Meanwhile, our sector illustrated its ability to adapt quickly and act responsibly locally, which came with its recognition by authorities across Europe of an essential sector. 

Apart from enabling people to work from home safely, remotely and comfortably, LPG and bioLPG have also been an indispensable source of energy for a wide range of crucial sectors such as hospitals, healthcare facilities, care homes, agriculture, food processing, metered distributed systems, and key manufacturing industries.

2020 has also been a year where our industry has reinforced its commitment to the EU Green Deal objectives, and moved further towards fulfilling its pledge to be 100% renewably-sourced by 2050.”
